Job summary

Technimark is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing facility.
• Plastics industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities in a 24/7 operation.
• Oversee maintenance activities.
• Make production improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze issues, resolve problems, and implement changes.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with internal departments on production goals and deadlines.
• Coach, mentor, evaluate, and discipline employees on production, safety, and quality (including GMP).
• Provide day-to-day leadership of facilities operations and staff development.
• Develop solutions and apply problem-solving techniques to plant issues.
• Supervise crews to ensure top-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Plan parts and materials for production schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
• Evaluate production levels and propose efficiency adjustments.
