Job summary

Jobot seeks a Plant Manager to lead our Ruston, LA facility and drive production excellence in a paper/fabric technology environment. You will oversee daily operations, implement KPIs, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in plant management in manufacturing, preferably paper/fabric technology.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven improvement experience.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Strong leadership with high-performing teams.
• Proficient in quality control and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet production targets while upholding quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, meeting production schedules with top quality and safety.
• Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for all areas of responsibility.
• Lead Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives and drive execution.
• Manage plant budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate a culture of quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into efficient processes.
• Provide leadership to drive performance and growth.
