You will oversee production, maintenance, and environmental compliance, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure reliable, safe operations with a focus on customer commitments and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in plant operations and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs.
