Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager for our Elburn IL site to lead mining operations and production of shippable product. You will direct staffing, coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control to meet orders on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years aggregate mining plant production experience.
• Experience coordinating with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control.
