Job summary

Reframe Systems, based in Andover, MA, seeks a Plant Manager to run the microfactory floor and translate the production plan into finished homes. You will own daily production, manage the team, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence as the company scales.

The role leads a growing hourly workforce, reports to the Head of Operations, and will help stand up the new 100,000 sq ft facility in Billerica, coordinating layout, staffing, and commissioning for a rapid ramp.

Qualifications

• Lead the production floor to meet weekly build plans and maintain takt time.
• Build and coach the production team; prevent single points of failure on the floor.
• Implement daily management routines and visual controls understood by all.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across the floor.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production on the floor: hit the weekly build plan, keep modules moving on takt, and clear constraints that slow the line.
• Lead the floor's full production team and be the single point of leadership the team relies on.
• Run the daily management system: morning huddles, tiered check-ins, and visual management.
• Hold area and team leads accountable to weekly targets along the glidepath and support their success.
