Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly plan attainment for the area, including throughput and schedule.
• Lead safety, quality gates, and standard work adherence for the area.
• Develop and coach team leads and operators, driving accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and CI cadence to raise throughput and efficiency.
• Own area scoreboard and participate in weekly metrics reviews to drive actions.
