Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction or manufacturing, residential/modular preferred.
• 1–2 years in lead/supervisory role on shop floor or jobsite.
• Strong carpentry and construction methods knowledge.
• Hands-on leader who can work alongside the crew.
• Clear communicator with set expectations.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus.
• Technology-friendly; comfortable with tablets and production apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production across framing, panel assembly, finishes.
• Execute daily schedule, assign tasks, monitor milestones.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor.
• Coach builders and drive quality and productivity.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; daily checks.
• Collaborate with Director on labor planning and workflow.
• Identify floor issues and work with engineering to improve.
• Track attendance, productivity, rework, scrap.
• Support onboarding and training; uphold culture.
• Ensure factory stocked and organized for efficient production.
