Qualifications

• At least three years of experience leading and developing employees.
• Willingness to work in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of entry‑level production employees to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate daily production activities and distribution including local routes.
• Drive reliability, quality, safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance and manpower to maintain efficiency and contingencies.
• Identify challenges and lead improvements in processes, scheduling and training.
• Manage equipment and product quality issues and support Lean activities.
