Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and at least ten years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong track record building high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Ten years manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive rapid, significant, and sustainable improvements in on-time delivery, lot size, lead time and cost.
- Lead the development and execution of a 5-year manufacturing strategy.
- Lead KPI reviews with plant and business-unit leaders.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for breakthrough operating performance (5S, SMED, TPM).
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team.
- Coordinate manufacturing with sales, marketing, design engineering, and other functions.
