Job summary

Alleguard, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all plant processes. You will oversee daily manufacturing, scheduling, maintenance and supervision, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards while expanding productivity.

The role requires leadership, budget involvement, and collaboration with senior management to sustain growth and operational excellence within a fast‑growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
• 3+ years in supervisory or plant management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience directing molding operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and production to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Direct and coordinate facility operations within company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, training and support to management, supervisors and staff.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Director to prepare operational budgets and allocate capital expenditures.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean tools; ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
• Ensure environmental, safety and regulatory requirements are followed and documented.
