Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and assembly.
• Proficient with basic math and equations.
• Proficient with computers (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple areas and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations with Lean focus to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and coordination with teams.
• Direct production and maintenance personnel to optimize equipment.
• Run preventative maintenance and ensure equipment effectiveness.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Review team performance and drive accountability and training.
• Support compliance with product documentation and UL requirements.
• Assist with inventory timing and month‑end close processes.
• Support purchasing materials when necessary.
