Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science management, business, or similar.
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is beneficial.
• P&L experience.
• Strong leadership with high interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management; operates with urgency.
• Strong lean manufacturing and change management skills.
• Desire for process excellence and accountability.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Strategic and tactical; translates strategy into plans and execution.
• Hands-on management style with effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Transition the business into a high-performing lean manufacturing organization.
• Utilize Lean concepts, tools, and techniques to deliver improvements.
• Align operations with a balanced scorecard for financial, operational, and engagement goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team including recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Identify improvement opportunities in supply chain to enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to development of plant budgets and meet financial targets.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in methods and operations.
• Oversee personnel involved in manufacturing operations and leadership development.
• Coordinate with VP of manufacturing on project support and execution methods.
• Provide input on project pursuits, constructability, and risk analysis.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and safety procedures are followed.
