Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Waxahachie, TX seeks a Plant Manager to lead the plant's operational and financial performance, reporting to the Director of Operations. This highly visible role requires building a Lean/TPS-based system, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement across a multi-shift operation.

You will develop managers, advance capital projects, and push technology adoption while aligning production with customer schedules and standards.

Qualifications

• Significant managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean or TPS principles.
• Budgeting, quality assurance, and equipment troubleshooting at the plant level.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full operational and financial performance of the plant.
• Lead Lean and TPS-based operating system across a multi-shift environment.
• Build formal quality management practices and compliance readiness.
• Drive safety culture, operational excellence, and capacity growth.
