Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, preferably in CPG or food production.

Responsibilities

• Leads plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, planning and sanitation.
• Ensures safety culture with OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Delivers production plan on time; optimizes OEE, labor, yield and waste.
• Partners with Quality to uphold food safety standards and audits.
• Builds and develops a high-performing team; coaches supervisors and frontline staff.
