Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within our facility. This role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost and team culture while applying Lean Manufacturing principles.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years as a Plant or Operations Manager, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Plant or Operations Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to lead through influence and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for plant operations, driving a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop leaders across Production, Materials, Quality and Engineering.
• Deliver key business results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
• Drive Operational Excellence through Lean tools, systems thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and take steps to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Act as a change agent—drive strategic initiatives and foster ownership, learning, and innovation.
