Plant Operations Leader: Lean Excellence & Safety

Job summary

A Bachelor's degree is required with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years as Plant/Operations Manager. Master’s and Lean/Six Sigma certification are preferred. Travel up to 15% and a schedule covering 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, operations management or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for plant operations, driving safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop leaders across Production, Materials, Quality and Engineering.
• Deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee engagement results.
• Drive Operational Excellence through Lean tools and systems thinking.
• Collaborate with Engineering, HR, Finance and Supply Chain to support objectives.
• Champion behaviors: People First, We Work Together, We Learn and Grow.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Act as a change agent and lead strategic initiatives.
