Job summary

Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility.

You will direct production, quality, maintenance, safety, inventory control, and employee development to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will drive continuous improvement, mentor department leaders, manage budgets, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to enhance performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Drive quality management systems and defect reduction in partnership with quality leadership.
• Coach and develop plant managers, supervisors, and team leaders to strengthen accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Manage plant budgets and control costs to improve profitability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing across the plant.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve production issues and improve performance.
