Job summary

M&M Manufacturing, part of Marmon Holdings, invites you to join as Plant Manager in Fort Worth, TX. Lead daily plant operations, implement strategies, and drive safety, quality, and profitable growth.

You will work with sales, customers, and suppliers to fulfill orders on time, control costs, and develop a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in plant management or a similar role, preferably in engineer-to-order or project-based manufacturing.
• Experience managing plant operations, production processes, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies with ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, expense management, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and other relevant business software.
• Effective leadership, team-building, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and implement manufacturing strategies to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee production, maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.
• Establish priorities, streamline processes, and hold teams accountable.
• Ensure environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance while building a positive safety culture.
• Lead Lean program and continuous improvement to boost safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Coach and develop plant employees, fostering teamwork and growth.
• Partner with sales to understand customer needs and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Prepare and manage the plant budget and use financial reporting to improve profitability.
