Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership in large-scale operations.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence experience.
• Solid financial acumen and prior P&L experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 systems implementation and compliance.
• Proven leadership in a matrix environment.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing activities at the Columbiana site.
• Direct plant operations to optimize production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Lead a manufacturing staff across Production, EHS, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance & Engineering, Purchasing and Planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to meet business plan commitments.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Develop budgets and track productivity and performance metrics.
• Maintain ISO/IATF/TS compliance and safety guidelines.
• Lead labor-management relations and respond to grievances.
