Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Plant Manager to lead Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, EH&S, and Facilities at a manufacturing plant in support of the annual operating plan. You will oversee a 24/7/5 operation, drive lean initiatives, and build a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

You will lead talent development, improve OEE, and collaborate with commercial and R&D to enhance cost efficiency and product performance. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Operations/Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Previous management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a collaborative plant culture prioritizing employee safety and teamwork.
• Optimize plant performance (OEE) and minimize scrap.
• Lead the plant management team and develop people to work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, and food safety compliance across the plant.
• Develop and execute the annual operating plan and budget to meet safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Partner with commercial and R&D teams to improve cost of manufacturing and product performance.
