Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management, engineering, or business administration.
• 8–10 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Lean certification preferred (Green Belt).
