Job summary

The role requires PFMEA, Control Plans, and MODAPTS expertise, with a focus on manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and process optimization across lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related manufacturing role.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modeling software.
• Experience with MODAPTS for work measurement and process improvement.
• Strong PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Operator Instruction Sheets knowledge.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing manufacturing processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and validate manufacturing processes, methods, tooling, equipment, and controls.
• Analyze labor utilization, equipment requirements, workflow, manufacturing space, and layout for efficiency.
• Support prototype development, builds, and production launches.
• Apply new manufacturing technologies and pursue cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes and train staff to ensure readiness.
