Job summary

FRC, a Clarience Technologies company, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing operation of approximately 80 employees across 2 shifts in Nesconset, NY.

You will drive safety, quality and productivity, manage Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities and Quality, and partner with HR on workforce planning. This role requires Lean experience and a track record of continuous improvement to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing revenue, labor, overhead and gross margin performance.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: champion and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Operational Leadership: lead Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities and Quality functions.
• Financial Management: manage labor, variable and fixed overhead costs; budgeting.
• Quality Management: develop and implement the Quality Management System.
• Leadership and Talent Development: develop supervisors and succession plans; HR partnership.
