The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in supervision, experience in ERP/scheduling, and strong problem‑solving skills. Forklift experience and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are a plus. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience (lumber preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management and material processing; forklift a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt training is a plus.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office.
• Experience with ERP or other scheduling systems.
• Great communicator; teamwork oriented.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet quality and delivery targets safely.
• Supervise hourly employees and allocate workload for saw and assembly.
• Train employees per company policies.
• Coordinate orders for on‑time delivery to customers.
• Maintain material usage accuracy and waste control in workstations.
• Schedule and report in the ERP system to support order processing.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and assist with changeovers.
• Coach employees and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead safety initiatives and operator training on equipment.
