Job summary

Atrio Search Limited seeks a Plant Manager in North Dakota to lead a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will own safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building a strong leadership team, driving productivity, and managing the P&L.

This full-time role requires Lean expertise, regulatory know-how, and a track record of continuous improvement in building materials or related industries. A Bachelor's is required, MBA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven P&L responsibility and ownership of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and organisational development skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in manufacturing KPIs and business reporting tools.
• Experience in high-volume industrial or building products manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations in line with company strategy and objectives.
• Manage operating plans, budgets, capital investment, capacity, and plant P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer-focused performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use KPIs and operational data to improve performance and decision-making.
• Oversee maintenance, workforce planning, inventory, and capacity management.
• Support product launches, transfers, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory, policy, and safety compliance.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve quality.
