Job summary

Atrio Search Limited in the United States seeks a Plant Manager to lead our export manufacturing facility, driving safety, quality, production, maintenance, and financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years of leadership in high-volume manufacturing with expertise in automation, robotics, PLCs, and continuous improvement to improve uptime and OEE, while mentoring a cross-functional team and liaising with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven experience leading discrete manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations aligning with company strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and capacity strategies.
• Oversee production, maintenance, engineering, quality and improvement activities.
• Optimize automated systems, robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, and material handling.
• Improve OEE, uptime, throughput, and equipment reliability.
• Drive lean, root-cause analyses, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and monitor safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
