Jobot is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a top-tier manufacturing facility focused on precision machining. The role requires leadership of a diverse team, strategic planning, and a strong Lean/Production Planning background to ensure reliable, efficient operations on-site with relocation support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in plant management, a background in CNC machining, and a track record of driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in a plant management role within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience overseeing CNC machining operations.
• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Production Planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a diverse team and drive an environment of teamwork.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant efficiency.
• Oversee Production Planning to ensure on-time, quality output.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Manage Operations Management to ensure smooth processes.
• Conduct Performance Management and set clear metrics.
• Collaborate with departments to pursue process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety procedures.
• Develop and manage the plant budget and relocation support.
