The role requires Six Sigma practice, strong leadership, and ability to manage ISO/FDA compliance, budgets, and talent development. You will drive continuous improvement and engage a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering or Packaging or equivalent.
• Ten or more years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents.
• Ability to present information effectively in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic plant operations to meet objectives.
• Organize resources to achieve plant, BU and company goals.
• Apply Six Sigma and manage costs and capital expenditures.
• Ensure ISO, FDA and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop talent and maintain a safe, high-performing team.
