Nox Metals is hiring a Plant Manager for its Detroit, MI or Los Angeles, CA facility to own safety, quality, delivery, labor, and inventory. You will build a disciplined operation that ships accurate orders on time while developing a strong team and protecting inventory integrity.

You will be visible on the floor, use data to understand problems, and implement systems that improve performance as we grow. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic process improvement in a fast-moving

Qualificações

• Own plant safety, quality, delivery, labor and inventory.
• Lead Production Supervisors, operators, material handlers, and shipping teams.
• Translate demand into production, staffing, and equipment plans.
• Establish standard work and a consistent daily management rhythm.
• Remove constraints and coordinate maintenance, supply chain, and quality support.
• Develop frontline leaders and maintain clear accountability at every level.
• Partner with sales and customer teams on priorities and recovery plans.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
