Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in Texas to lead a plant team, optimize daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and service on every load.

You will inspire and coach staff, manage scheduling, load planning, and route optimization, and collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues with urgency and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant team to achieve operational excellence and service to customers.

• Hold regular meetings to review performance and address challenges and successes.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to support smooth operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for plant growth and profitability.
