PFI Instore in Hazelwood, Missouri seeks an experienced Plant General Manager to lead its manufacturing operation on the floor, champion safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. You will develop supervisors and managers, drive planning, capacity, inventory, and maintenance, and steer continuous improvement through data‑driven decision making while building a high‑performing leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong financial and coaching

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Experience leading hourly and salaried employees in a production environment.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing background preferred, especially in custom, job-shop, high-mix, or engineered-to-order environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

PLANT GENERAL MANAGER HAZELWOOD, MISSOURI

PFI - Butler is seeking an experienced, hands-on Plant General Manager to lead its Hazelwood manufacturing operation.

This leadership role owns plant performance across safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, customer satisfaction, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who can lead from the floor, develop supervisors and managers, and drive measurable improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall plant operations and operating performance.

Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement.

Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, materials, maintenance, and customer delivery commitments.

Build accountability and develop a strong plant leadership team.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; 10+ years preferred.

Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, and cost.
