PFI - Butler is seeking an experienced, hands-on Plant General Manager to lead its Hazelwood manufacturing operation.
This leadership role owns plant performance across safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, customer satisfaction, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who can lead from the floor, develop supervisors and managers, and drive measurable improvement.
Lead overall plant operations and operating performance.
Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement.
Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, materials, maintenance, and customer delivery commitments.
Build accountability and develop a strong plant leadership team.
Manage plant financial performance, operating costs, inventory, and capital improvement initiatives.
5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; 10+ years preferred.
Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Experience leading hourly and salaried employees in a production environment.
Strong financial, analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing background strongly preferred, especially custom, job-shop, high-mix, or engineered-to-order environments.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
