Job summary

MANE is seeking an experienced Plant Manager II for our Ingredients Production Facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead strategic planning and ensure safe, compliant operations while driving performance across the plant.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years supervisory experience, preferably with biotech/fermentation exposure. SAP, GMP experience, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility across multiple disciplines (production, safety, engineering).
• 5 years of supervisory experience leading a diverse cross-functional team.
• Biotechnology/fermentation plant experience preferred (10 years ideal).
• Experience with process transfer and scaling up.
• Experience in budgeting, financial controls and cost-conscious environments.
• Familiarity with local, regional and governmental safety, environmental, quality standards and regulations.

• Interact with the surrounding community, including emergency planning with local responders.
