Job summary

MANE is seeking a Logistics Operator I in Lebanon, OH to handle shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and warehouse tasks. The role interfaces with multiple departments to ensure accurate paperwork and on-time delivery of products.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in shipping/warehouse functions, basic forklift/DG hazmat training, and solid computer skills with ERP systems. The company emphasizes safety and compliance as well as comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to SOPs, GMP standards, and regulatory documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE for a safe workplace.
• Assist with shipment of finished products and ensure on-time delivery with proper paperwork.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Planning, and Carriers daily.
• Assist with receipt of raw materials, check paperwork, and provide samples to Quality Control.
