Job summary

Fluidstack in Phoenix is seeking a production leader to own all production output at the Phoenix-area facility, driving throughput, quality, and on-time shipments for our industrial-scale manufacturing environment.

You will build and lead the on-site team, implement takt times, line balancing, and start-up ramp from construction handover to steady-state production, while ensuring OSHA NFPA 70E compliance and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Run a high-volume discrete manufacturing facility end to end.
• Manage a large on-site workforce through a third-party staffing provider and hold that partner accountable to production and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Own all production output at the Phoenix-area facility: throughput rate, takt adherence, quality escape rate, line uptime, and on-time shipment against customer delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement across all production lines, including root-cause analysis and corrective action on every throughput or quality deviation.
• Hold final product acceptance authority and oversee workforce interface with the on-site staffing partner.
• Own site readiness across tooling, fixturing, material flow, equipment, utilities, and floor layout, including OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance.
• Build and develop the on-site manufacturing team, including production managers, supervisors, quality, and facilities staff.
