The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management or 10+ years in feed mill/production, with a proven track record of building teams and improving performance. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or 10+ years of feed mill/production experience.
• Hands-on, on-floor leadership with strong team development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and customer goals.
• Plan and coordinate with shift Supervisors to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
• Optimize operations to increase capacity, flexibility, and quality while controlling costs.
• Monitor plant performance and take proactive corrective actions.
• Develop and manage production plans and budgets.
• Implement systems to control operating expenses, labor hours, and staffing levels.
• Use data to identify waste and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to design and validate efficient processes.
