Alltech is seeking a Plant Manager for our Fort Worth, TX facility to lead daily operations, safety, quality, and production planning. You will oversee budgeting, capital plans, and P&L, while driving Lean initiatives and regulatory compliance.

• 2+ years of progressive experience managing a feed mill or similar facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of staff development.
• Solid computer skills and experience with LEAN manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Fort Worth plant, including safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities, budgeting and capital expenditure planning for the location.
• Lead and develop staff; coordinate with dealers, sales managers and sales staff.
• Drive LEAN initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
