The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of manufacturing leadership in heavy industry, a bachelor's degree, and a track record of building high-performing teams, improving uptime, and delivering cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

The position has full responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, workforce development, and continuous improvement while driving operational performance and building a high-performing culture.
