True House NC seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead a highly automated wall panel operation in Sanford, NC. You will own plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing team and maximizing automation.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a technical degree, and a data-driven mindset to optimize throughput, labor, and materials. This is a hands-on leadership position on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with production teams.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, capacity, and maintenance.
• Experience with automated or technology-enabled manufacturing environments.
• Data-driven approach using KPIs to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Build and mentor a high-performing production leadership team.
• Drive production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, and on-time delivery.
• Maximize advanced automated manufacturing equipment utilization.
• Use data to improve throughput, labor efficiency, and material utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase capacity.
• Oversee quality, maintenance, inventory, and workforce planning.
• Manage expenses and performance against budget and goals.
• Partner with design/engineering/opérations teams to improve value stream.
