P&K Stone, LLC in Mill Creek, OK, seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Mill Creek operation. This hands-on role balances safety, production, quality, maintenance, and people to build an accountable team.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in aggregates/mining and 3–5 years in plant leadership, with hands-on experience in crushing, screening, and material handling, plus strong MSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aggregates/crushed stone/mining industries.
• 3–5 years in plant/operations leadership in aggregates.
• Hands-on experience with crushing, screening, conveying, and material handling.
• Strong understanding of production throughput, product quality, and efficiency.
• Experience managing production, maintenance, equipment reliability, and downtime.
• Working knowledge of MSHA regulations and mine safety requirements.
• Proven experience leading and developing supervisors and hourly staff.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve plant performance.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance and planned shutdowns.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Mill Creek plant.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure MSHA compliance.
• Manage production to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant employees and supervisors.
• Coordinate production and maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain high housekeeping and preventive maintenance standards.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, HR and other departments.
• Address operational issues quickly and hold the team accountable.
• Foster a safe, open communication culture and ownership of operations.
