Job summary

CMC Partners is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a high-performing sand & gravel aggregate Plant in Colorado. You will bring technical expertise, leadership, and an ability to get things done to drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

In this lean operation, you will manage a team of 15, oversee all plant operations, P&L, and maintenance, and contribute to strong community and site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in field operations.
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, management and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for all Plant operations, P+L, safety and maintenance.
• Lead a team of 15 employees.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity & continuous improvement.
• Lead from the front and develop the team.
