Job summary

You will supervise operators, drive continuous improvement, analyze production data, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams to optimize workflows and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or powder production environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical setting.
• Experience with ceramic materials or powder processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily activities of operators producing ceramic powders with complex equipment.
• Ensure production schedules are met with focus on quality, yield and on-time delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback; support hiring and training.
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
• Monitor production data and drive corrective actions; partner with engineering and planning.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to ensure powder quality meets requirements.
