The Plant Manager is responsible for theefficient, safe, and environmentally correct operation and growth of the Emseal Joint Systems facility(s). The incumbent is expected to develop and implement new programs to achieve higher quality and productivity in the safest workplace and be the company's representative to direct and achieve our vision in the manufacturing plant by cultivating an environment of confidence and trust.
