EH&S Plant Manager

Your main responsibilities

• Provide environmental, health & safety (EH&S) and sustainability support to the Hanover, York, EPCO plants, and Hanover office personnel.
• Assist site leadership with program implementation, including developing, updating, and measuring the effectiveness of safety and health programs.
• Oversee the development and execution of annual EH&S goals, focusing on leading and lagging indicators.
• Report performance to corporate EH&S and develop action plans for improvement.
• Support training development, updates, coordination, and execution, including onboarding and regulatory training.
• Act as a liaison with OHS and environmental regulatory bodies, monitoring changes and implementing necessary updates.
• Engage with all organizational levels, especially front-line associates, to gather safety and health insights.

What you bring

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental health and safety.
• 3-5+ years' manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and management system skills.
