  • 10+ years of progressive plant or operations management experience in a fast-paced food, beverage, or consumer-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating in complex, branded environments; exposure to private label production is a plus.
  • Proven success managing seasonality, fluctuating demand, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills, and sound operational judgment.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, production planning, and technical processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions.
  • Champion a positive, performance-oriented culture built on accountability, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions
  • Champion a positive, performance-oriented culture built on accountability, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Lead strategic planning activities, including annual operating plans, budgets, and capital investment initiatives with ROI accountability
