Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at a manufacturing and repair services facility. You will direct production, quality control, maintenance, safety compliance, and staff performance to meet company goals efficiently and within budget.

Relocation package is available. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and cost control at the site in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, plant operations, or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities
