EnviCor Rotomolding in Smithfield, NC is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, manage staff, and drive production capacity and quality.

The ideal candidate has a proven leadership track record, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop long-term goals and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Experience as Plant Manager preferred.
• Understanding of strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and HR.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiar with industry equipment and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
