Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a leader to head plant operations onsite at our California facility, driving SQDCG performance and overseeing the site P&L.

You will lead talent engagement and development, champion continuous improvement, and partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver value for customers and stakeholders.

This is a fully onsite role with responsibilities to optimize safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
