Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate to handle inbound/outbound product, maintain accurate inventory, and support production operations at our Wisconsin facility. You will operate forklifts, move and store parts, and participate in cycle counts while adhering to safety rules and standard operating procedures.

The role requires basic data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills: PC/terminal use and basic data entry.
  • Attention to detail for all transactions and material movement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally, through email, and instant messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment, including powered industrial lift trucks.
  • Unload product from trailers and move to correct storage location.
  • Receive product and move to the next operation or to work orders.
  • Consolidate inventory and perform cycle counts.
  • Maintain records of products and communicate status to teammates.
  • Lead during physical inventory and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for operating within all areas of the plant by receiving products, moving products, and maintaining inventory accuracy by ensuring accurate transacting at each step

Essential Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment including powered industrial lift trucks
  • Unload product from trailers
  • Receive product and move to correct storage location
  • Receive product from outside operations and move to the next operation
  • Pull, move, and issue raw material to work orders as well as move in-process work to the next operation
  • Receive finished parts into storage locations
  • Consolidate inventory as needed
  • Cycle counting
  • Move material through the waste stream of products for disposal or recycling
  • Daily inspection of the material handling equipment per checklists
  • Maintain/close baskets and ensure they are in proper location
  • Check tools and equipment for correct operation and report any missing items, quality concerns, or equipment malfunctions
  • Maintain all records of products including filing
  • Communicate with team members regarding the status of incoming parts/outside processes
  • Timely completion/communication of any necessary corrections
  • Serve as a lead during Physical Inventory (vacation will not be allowed at this time)
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Follow all safety rules and expectations
  • Other duties including training as assigned by management
  • Work overtime to meet business needs as determined by management
Minimum Requirements
  • Computer skills required, PC and terminal use, as well as basic data entry skills
  • Attention to detail for all transactions and material movement
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally, through email, and instant messaging
  • Ability to perform to verbal instructions
  • Ability to read/write English and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, charts, and diagrams
  • Ability to use basic math
  • Ability to work independently and follow prioritization based on business need
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting up to a maximum of 35 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, stooping and reaching above and below waist.
  • Twisting frequently at waist and shoulder levels.
  • Frequent sitting on powered forklift.
  • Capable of wearing safety glasses with permanent side shields at all times.
  • Capable of wearing steel-toed safety shoes at all times.
  • Capable of wearing other PPE as required.
  • Sufficient visual acuity to read instructions, safely operate equipment (including forklift), and ensure work meets standards.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to safely operate forklift and properly perform work.
  • Working Conditions Typical manufacturing setting with moveable, mechanical parts and/or equipment.
