Regal Rexnord in Simi Valley, CA seeks a Lead Plant Operations leader to drive performance and safety on the shop floor. This role focuses on delivering world-class manufacturing excellence in a fully onsite setting.

You will oversee SQDCG metrics, manage the site P&L, and lead talent engagement and development to build a high-performing operations team. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment.
